Patients who are having five or more following signs and symptoms of Urdhwaga Amlapitta described in Madhav nidan minimum since 15 days -
1. Chhardi ( Vomiting )
2. Amlodgar (Flatulence)
3. Hrullas (Nausea)
4. Hrit-Kantha Daha 5. Udardaha (Burning sensation in the stomach)
6. Shirashool (headache)
7. Hastapadadaha (Burning sensation in foot and hands)
8. Aruchi (Loss of appetite)
9. Mandalotpatti (urticarial rash)
1. The known case of Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, Stomach cancer, cancer of esophagus, esophageal varices, hematemesis.
2. Patients with long term use of steroids and pain killers.
3. Sever malnourished patients.
4. Pregnant and lactating women.
