This study is a comparartive clinical study of jalaukavacharna and varnya mahakashaya churn a in the management of the vyanga w.s.r. t0 melasma.there will be 2 group in the study ,in group a randomly selected and clinically diagnosed 20 patient of vyanga (melasma) .group a will be given intervention by jalaukavacharana ,and 20 patientof group b randomly selected and clinicaly ddiagnose will be apply jalaukavacharna alond with varnya mahakashaya churna.trial will be conducted for a period of 1 month .follow up of the case will be done after completion of 2 months course on the basis of primary and secondary outcomes.
The data will be analyzed scientifically and statiscally.

入选标准
- •Patients with classical sign and symptoms of vyanga roga (melasma) Patients from the age group of 12 to 50 years of either sex,religion, occupation Patients having upto 6 patches on the face Those ready to give written informed consent.
- •Jalaukavacharana yogya patients as per classics.
排除标准
- •Hyperpigmentation since birth. Patients having skin diseases like.
- •psoriasis, leprosy,acne vulgaris,eczema and leukoderma. Melasma due to leucorrhea,tubercular therapy or malignant cases. Patients having endocrinal or systemic disease like Addison disease,cushing syndrome etc and other deteriorating conditions of any illness. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,hypertension, HIV, Hepatitis,immune deficiency syndrome.
