Inclusion Criteria
patient of either sex , of ASA physical status I-II posted for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
refusal of patient, history of orbital trauma or eye disease, history of head trauma or neurological disease, surgery duration more than 2 hrs, or patient requiring endotracheal intubation
