Inclusion Criteria
1.Women with unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinges
2. Women <40years
3. women consenting for the procedure
Exclusion Criteria
1.Women aged 40 years or more
2. Endometriosis
3.Prior surgery on ovaries
4.Poor ovarian reserves (FSH >12 mIU/ml, AMH <2.0 ng/ml)
5.Any contraindication for laparoscopic surgery
