Primary Objective
To compare the effect of SHIGRU MORINGA OLEIFERA PARNA CHURN and vitamin A supplement in vat kaphaj kushta with respect to phrenoderma in children age group five to sixteen yrs
To study the effect of SHIGRU MORINGA OLEIFERA PARNA CHURN in VAT KAPHAJ KUSHTA
To study tha effect of vitamin A in phrenoderma.
Secondary Objective
To study the literature of phrenoderma from modern literature.
To study the literature of vat kushata from Ayurved classical book
To study the literature of SHIGRU MORINGA OLEIFERA PARN CHURN from Ayurved classical book
Participant
Five to sixteen years children with vat kaphaj kushtha meeting inclusion and exclusion criteria from opd and ipd of department of kaumarbhritya of shree saptshrungi ayurved mahavidhyala and hospital nashik
Intervention
34 patient vitamin asyrup administer as per standard protocol
34 patient shigru parn churna administer according as per standard protocol
Primary outcome to reduce the sign and symptoms of vat kaphaj kushtha
Secondary outcome no recurrency of vat kaphaj kushtha Treatment duration 28 days
Follow up : 0th, 7th, 14th,28th days
Plan for Statistical Analysis
Patients will be observed before and after treatment. All observed data collected after the final assessment will be subjected to statistical analysis as mentioned below.
Subjective criteria- WILCOXON SIGN RANK TEST for comparison within the group and Mann whitney test between two group
As per requirement other tests will be applied.
Discussion
Discussion will be done on the basis of data collected during the study
Conclusion
Conclusion will be drawn strictly on the basis of statistical analysis
Summary
Whole work will be summarized in the final dissertation.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Demographic character children with age group 5 to 16 years All the patient having symptoms of phrenoderma irrespective of demographic character like sex religion Clinical character patient complaining of Keratic papule goosebumps on elbow and knees Skin dryness fine scaling hyperpigmentation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with another systematic disorder like congenital anomaly juvenile diabetis mellitus malignancy any other serious hematological disorder metabolic disease etc Patient along with another skin disorder Patient having vit A sensitivity Patient with hypervitaminosis a The patient whose parents or guardians are not ready to give consent.
Outcomes
Primary Outcomes
Reduce symptoms of vat kaphaj kushtha
Time Frame: Seventh day, fourteenth Day, twenty oneth Day, twenty eighth day
Secondary Outcomes
- No recurrence of vat kaphaj kushtha(28 days)
