Inclusion Criteria
Patients on follow-up in a tertiary medical care service diagnosed as refractory constipation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who do not fill the diagnosis of refractory constipation criteria that is: persistence of retentive incontinence for at least 12 months on maximum tolerable doses of oral laxatives and rectal enemas
