Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Diagnose cases of cervical spondylosis with symptoms like headaches, tingling/numbness, radiating pain to shoulders or arms, reduced sensation, difficulty in coordination. Sign of cervical spondylosis are neck pain, stiffness, limited movement, muscle weakness, numbness, balance issues, popping sensations.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Severe or acute medical conditions eg: HIV, HbsAg, VDRL, etc.
  • •2\. Pregnancy
  • •3\. Open wounds or skin infections.
  • •4\. Fractures or severe skeletal injuries.
