- •Individuals not doing any other type of exercise.
- •Individuals having normal CBC, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Pulse Rate
排除标准
- •Volunteers age below 18 years and above 35 years.
- •History of active sports training, Athletes.
- •History of Major medical illness such as tuberculosis, hypertension, diabets mellitus, bronchial asthama, cardiovascular disease, etc.
- •History of major surgery in the recent past.
- •Smokers and Alcoholics.
