- •1\.Police personnel having at least one month of COVID\-19 pandemic related duty.
- •2\.Age 21 to 50 years
- •3\.Perceived stress scale score 14 and above.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Practiced Yoga in last 3 months
- •2\.Underwent recent surgery
