Exercise benefits mental well being but its effects vary by setting Outdoor activity with sunlight and nature often reduces stress and improves mood more than indoor workouts Indoor exercise offers convenience and consistency Research is limited highlighting the need to explore preferences and environments to optimize mental health benefits

Purpose of the study

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of indoor and outdoor exercise regimens on key psychological and physical health outcomes specifically mental wellbeing exercise motivation motor coordination and overall quality of life in young healthy individuals. By examining differences between these two exercise environments the study aims to identify which setting is more beneficial in enhancing both psychological resilience and physical coordination as well as promoting sustained engagement in physical activity. The findings may offer evidence based insights to guide fitness professionals health educators and policymakers in developing optimized physical activity programs that align with the lifestyle and preferences of the young adult population.

  • Age 18 to 25years Young individuals with no significant physical and mental health conditions.
  • Willingness to participate either on indoor or outdoor activities.

排除标准

  • Individuals with chronic illnesses e.g. cardiovascular diseases respiratory conditions.
  • Participants with current injuries that may affect their ability to exercise.
