Inclusion Criteria

Women with indication for bariatric surgery using the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass technique; For the eutrophic group will be selected women with nutritional classification of eutrophy, according to the body mass index.

Exclusion Criteria

Will be excluded from the study of patients who present modification in the standard surgical technique, loss of follow-up with staff, pregnant women, thyroid diseases, psychiatric disorders and cancer.
