入选标准
- •1) chronic knee OA patients with pain duration more than 3 months
- •2) patients who had radiological OA grade more than Kellgren–Lawrence grade 2
- •3) patients aged 50–80 years
- •4) refractory knee OA pain that was not alleviated by analgesics, visco-supplementation, and physiotherapy.
排除标准
- •Patients were excluded if they had following as
- •1) acute knee pain (more less 3 months)
- •2) prior knee surgery
- •3) connective tissue diseases that affected the knee
- •4) sciatic pain
- •5) steroid injection therapy during the previous 3 months
- •6) allergic response to local anethetics or steroid
- •7) serious neurological or psychiatric disorders
- •8) used an anticoagulant
