入选标准
- •Clinically healthy Pre Hypertensive according to WHO/JNC VII classification
- •1) Systolic BP between >=120- 139 mm Hg and/or a diastolic BP between >=80- 89 mm Hg
- •2)Age group- 20-40 years both male and females
排除标准
- •Hypertension ( Systolic BP >=140 mm Hg and Diastolic BP >=90 mm of Hg).
- •1. Secondary hypertension
- •2. use of antihypertensive medication
- •3. clinical cardiovascular disease, stroke
- •4. diabetes (fasting plasma glucose >=126 mg/dL)
- •5. chronic kidney disease
- •6. current use of anti-diabetic medications or
- •7. heavy alcohol consumption
- •8. current use of a low sodium salt in diet
