Inclusion Criteria

1.Girls between 12-19 years

2.After one year of menarche

3.Having complaints of abnormal uterine bleeding : â?? irregular or scanty or excessive

bleeding and/or having inter menstrual bleeding or spotting.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Having other systemic diseases, severe anemia, congenital anomalies

2. Severe malnourishment

3. Excessive bleeding during menses causing hemodynamic instability and worsening the

general condition.

4. Participant who misses 2 follow up.

5. Participant willing to discontinue the treatment.
