入选标准
- •Primary bilateral knee arthroplasty
- •American society of anesthesiologist (ASA)1-2
- •Pre-operative range of motion 15-80 degree
排除标准
- •Morbid obesity,BMI >35
- •Known history of allergy of local anaesthestic
- •Renal problems(creatinine >1.5mg/dl,urea >50mg/dl)
- •Pregnancy(History of menopause or by pregcolor in reproductive age group)
- •History of neuromuscular deficit
- •Infection at the site of block
- •Poorly controlled diabetes i.e HbA1c >8 on admission.
