入选标准
- •Primary bilateral knee arthroplasty
- •American society of anesthesiologist (ASA)1\-2
- •Pre\-operative range of motion 15\-80 degree
排除标准
- •Morbid obesity,BMI \>35
- •Known history of allergy of local anaesthestic
- •Renal problems(creatinine \>1\.5mg/dl,urea \>50mg/dl)
- •Pregnancy(History of menopause or by pregcolor in reproductive age group)
- •History of neuromuscular deficit
- •Infection at the site of block
- •Poorly controlled diabetes i.e HbA1c \>8 on admission.
