Inclusion Criteria
Primary bilateral knee arthroplasty
American society of anesthesiologist (ASA)1-2
Pre-operative range of motion 15-80 degree
Exclusion Criteria
Morbid obesity,BMI >35
Known history of allergy of local anaesthestic
Renal problems(creatinine >1.5mg/dl,urea >50mg/dl)
Pregnancy(History of menopause or by pregcolor in reproductive age group)
History of neuromuscular deficit
Infection at the site of block
Poorly controlled diabetes i.e HbA1c >8 on admission.
