Hindi Translation, Validation and Test-Retest Reliability of Anterior Knee Pain Scale in individuals with Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome

This cross-sectional study aims to translate the Anterior Knee Pain Scale (AKPS) into Hindi and evaluate its validity and test-retest reliability for Hindi-speaking patients with patellofemoral pain syndrome. The process follows standard forward–backward translation by medical and non-medical translators, expert panel review, and pre-final testing to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and patient comprehension. The validated Hindi version will enable accurate assessment of symptoms, contentment, and well-being in the Indian population.
