male athletes aged between 15 and 30 years from different sports, teams, or clubs agreed and gave their consent to participate in the study practicing at least 3 days a week in a 4-6 week study during the season
athletes who had a medical history of lower extremity injury that required medical attention in the past 6 months or those who had systemic disease, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, bone fractures, or surgery in the previous year
Players who joined a participating team after the start of the trial will be excluded.

Name Time Method strength, functionalityTimepoint: the trail will begin with assessment of the subjects who will be givein the following intervention CAE with medial rotation of hip exersice then the participants progressed from two 3 sets and from 6 to 10 repetitions both side 3 day in a week and could be re-assist per week <br/ ><br>we will repeat this process for 6 weeks
