Inclusion Criteria
Age 30 to 70 years
sinus rhythm
Agreeing and complying with our study protocol
The possibility of signing an informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
People with peripheral vascular disease
Ventricular premature beats or other arrhythmias
Cardiac conduction defects
History of cardiac pacemaker insertion
Significant valvular heart disease
Arterial blood pressure greater than 180/100 mm Hg
Functional limitations (such as physical limitations)
Concurrent participation in another clinical trial

Name Time Method Ejection fraction. Timepoint: Before the intervention and at the end of 12 cardiac rehabilitation sessions. Method of measurement: Echocardiography device.;Aerobic performance.
