Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Conscious consent of the mother
- •Being Afghan
- •Gestational age 6\-20 weeks based on first trimester ultrasound
- •normal pregnant women with single pregnancy
- •No unwanted pregnancy
- •age above 18 years
- •Having a minimum literacy rate(the ability of reading and writing)
- •having a phone number
- •No simultaneous participation in other research
- •No affecting by disease requires intervention in the mother or fetus
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness to continue cooperation in research
- •Failure to attend more than one training session
- •Failure to answer more than 10% of the questions in the questionnaire
- •Occurrence of severe emotional and mental problems during research (such as separation from a spouse or loss of a family member)
