Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients diagnosed with moderate and severe depression as per DSM \-5 and in the age group of 18\-65 years.
  • •2\.Both male and female gender.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Other psychiatric illness like Bipolar depression, Psychotic depression, organic mood disorders, substance induced depression.
  • •2\.Patients who do not have access to mobile phones.
  • •3\.Patients who cannot read and understand either English or Tamil.
