- •The age ranged from 20\-25 years.
- •A minimum of five\-year experience in the recorded sport was required.
Exclusion Criteria
- •History of cardiovascular problems.
- •History of respiratory problems.
- •History of neurological disorders.
- •History of neurological problems.
- •Anterior cruciate ligament injury.
- •Previous lower extremity injury.
