Inclusion Criteria
1. 20-90 years old
2. Screening endoscopy with video recording of the procedure was performed
3. Patients who agreed to the agreement
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients who refused to sign the consent
2. age less than 20 years or more than 90 years,
3. patients with a history of gastric surgery
4. patients who were taking proton pump inhibitors
5. when the patient's cooperation during exam was very poor
