Inclusion Criteria
•Adult, age 18 years and above.
•Suffering from cancer and planned for oncosurgery including head and neck, Gastrointestinal and thoarcic surgical interventions.
Exclusion Criteria
•Incapable to provide written consent.
•Patients with known psychological disorder or cognitive impairments or having brain metastasis.
