1.OPD/Office procedures.
2.Admitted and will undergo surgical intervention and will be discharged within 72 hours of admission
3.All adult patients
4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I (normal healthy patients) and class II (patients with mild systemic disease) patients.
1.Surgery requiring more than 2 hours
2.Patients with BMI >35
3.Surgery with anticipation of major fluid loss / blood cell
4.Patient living far and not easily reachable or able to transport easily / difficult access to the house.
5.Mentally retarded/ unstable psychiatric illness
6.Proper care givers are not available at home
7.Medically unfit for early discharge
8.History of angina at rest , MI, severe hepatic disease or any other chronic health illness which can delay the discharge of the patient
