Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 60 or older up to 95; living in Brazil; not institutionalized; history of at least two falls in the last 12 months; ability to walk alone with or without gait assistance; availability to participate in the evaluations and interventions; with access and familiarity with virtual communication with audio and camera; or that has a relative or caregiver with access and familiarity with virtual communication with audio and camera; familiarity with virtual communication with audio and camera

Exclusion Criteria

  • Involvement in regular and systematized physical activity with a total duration of 150 minutes per week; severe and uncorrected hearing or visual disorder that makes communication difficult during the assessment and intervention; motor sequelae of stroke; active inflammatory diseases and neurological diseases that interfere with the risk of falls; such as advanced Parkinson's disease (stage 5 of the modified Hoehn and Yahr Scale and not being in regular use of antiparkinsonian medications); Multiple Sclerosis; Huntington's disease; dementia; uncontrolled vestibulopathy; epilepsy; and traumatic brain injury; taking associated medications that indicate the presence of these diseases; absence or instability of internet for the proper conduct of the evaluations and follow\-up of the study
