- •2.Duration of 3 or more months
- •3.Seen by 2 or more specialist health care professionals for these symptoms

- •1.No proper referral letter
- •2.Severe physical disability precluding an interview session
- •3.Clinical history suggestive of intellectual impairment
- •4.Those diagnosed with psychosis/hearing or language impairment
- •5.Pregnant women or those who delivered in the past year.
