Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia with American Society of Anesthesiologist's physical status ?(no systemic disease)-? (controlled systemic disease), aged 20-60 years.
severe cardiac/pulmonary/liver/renal disease, body mass index > 30 kg/m2, antihypertensive medication, uncontrolled hypertension, risk of hypersensitiity to propofol,allergic to the study durgs, patients whose legs cannot be wrapped (leg injury, leg prosthesis, ect.), patients wearing elastic stocking
