入选标准
- •1. Adult age more than 18 years olds and
- •2. capillary blood glucose in between 180 - 400 mg/dl.
排除标准
- •1) Patients need intravenous infusion insulin therapy
- •2)Continuous enteral feeding
- •3)Patients in a shock state with vasopressor and nothing per oral
- •4)Patient with Raynaud phenomenon, which interferes with capillary blood glucose measurement
- •5)Hypoglycemia prior admission
- •6)Chronic liver disease (child-pugh score B and C)
- •7)History of insulin allergy or anaphylaxis
- •8)Surgical patients
- •9)Known pregnancy
- •10) Patient who cannot consent form or identify LAR within 48 hr
