Inclusion Criteria
•Stroke patients with dysphagia.
•Age group from 18 to 80 years.
•Both male and female patients.
•Participants should be Hemodynamically stable.
•Participants who ready to give consent and follow instructions.
•Mini Mental State Examination MMSE >22.
•Brain stem, MCA stroke
Exclusion Criteria
•Participants with other neuromuscular disorders.
•Participants who have metabolic disorders.
•History of previous stroke.
•Participants with facial or bellâ??s palsy.
•Patients with Ryles tube and tracheostomy
