1. Patients who met the diagnosis for TBI on MRI or EEG or CT scan for = 6 months.
2. Based on reports patients who are having an injury to the cerebellum, basal ganglia, premotor cortex, parietal cortex
3. Patients aged =18
4. Fugl Meyer of upper limb score =15 and =60.
5. Patients having normal vitals
6. Both genders.
7. Patients having accessibility to electronic devices at home (smartphone or smart TV or laptop)
8. Patients who provide informed consent and are willing to participate in the study.
9. Patients willing to enroll in the study and give informed consent.
1. Patients score <24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination scale for cognition
2. Patients RLA score =5
3. Patients having GCS score <12
4. Patients with upper limb fractures/dislocation, fracture of clavicle and cervical region, severe bone joint malformation.
