Adults of age 18-60 years of age who self-reported their current daily use of tobacco.
Adults who had access to a mobile phone that had the capability to send and receive text messages
Individuals with chronic diseases or who are taking any drug which could alter the variables understudies, such as diabetes, hypertension, Parkinsonââ?¬•s disease, trauma, psychiatric disorders, alcohol, and sleep disorders.
Volunteers with a significant disability such as being blind, deaf, or intellectually disabled, were excluded from the study

Name Time Method To assess the level of tobacco dependence among users at the first and sixth week using the Fagerstrom Test of Nicotine Dependence (FTND). <br/ ><br>To assess the behavioral change6 and readiness to quit7 among tobacco users at the first session using the transtheoretical model and contemplation ladder. <br/ ><br>3.
