Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\)Adult (\=18 years old) patients
- •(2\)Scheduled for surgical procedures requiring placement of double lumen tubes
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Preexisting laryngeal injury/disease
- •(2\) Patients with preexisting recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries.
- •(3\) Patients intubated for more than or equal to 24 hours in last 6 months.
- •(4\) Non cooperative and not willing to participate in the study to undergo stroboscopy.
