Inclusion Criteria
Limitation of SLR test angle 300-700 due to pain, Unilateral or bilateral radiation of pain in the sciatica nerve distribution, Patient is fit for Basti treatment, Patient assigns Inform consent form
Exclusion Criteria
History of spinal surgery and vertebral fracture, Evidence of IHD, tuberculosis,
Clinical condition such as hyper sensitive skin, cardiac pacemaker, pregnancy, Established tumors/malignancy, Motor weakness such as stroke, diabetic neuropathy, Patients having back pain due to non-spinal illness will excluded e.g. UTI, gastrointestinal diseases, and uterine disease, Lumber disc prolapse & Osteoporosis
