入排标准
入选标准
- •Children age between 4 to 12 years
- •Irrespective of age, sex, socio economic condition and religion
- •Patients having symptoms of chronic constipation as per diagnostic criteria
- •Patient with minimum 2 symptoms mentioned below with cardinal feature of
- •constipation for > 2 weeks will be diagnosed as a case of chronic constipation -
- •Hard consistency of stool (Sushkachirat Mala Pravritti)
- •Abdominal pain (Udara Shoola)
- •Abdominal distension (Udara Adhmana)
- •Pain during defecation (Sashoola Mala Pravritti)
- •Loss of appetite (Kshudhamandhya)
排除标准
- •Patients having Organic Constipation or any abdominal obstructive pathologies which intervenes with treatment
- •Patients suffering from any systemic diseases e.g. Hirschsprungâ??s disease, Intussusception, Anorectal anomalies, Hypothyroidism, T.B, HIV etc
- •Having psychosomatic disorders
- •Patients having condition of acute abdominal pain, acute febrile illness etc
- •K/c/o IBS and prolapsed rectum
