- •Elektiv cardial surgery OP with sternotomy and clamping of the aorta.
- •ASA status < V
- •written informed consend
排除标准
- •pregnancy, case of emergency, increased risk of aspiration, treated pneumonia, GOPD GOLD = 4, Language barrier excluding informed consent. Cases in which surgery time is prolonged > 60 min or require stop of lung ventilation > 10 min in the ventilation group for surgical reasons will be excluded from data analyses.
