- •Leisons compressing the brainstem
- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients relative refusal
- •Patients on beta blockers or rate controlling drugs Patients with diaphragm dysfunction
- •Patients with severe left ventricular dysfunction
- •Patients with rib fractures or thoracotomy
