Haemorrhoid is one of the commonest disease occurringin the ano- rectal region and can affect anyone, anywhere, anytime. Itsincidence increases with advancing age, at least 50% of people over the age of50 years have some degree of haemorrhoidal symptoms due to hereditary,anatomical deformities, diet, and life style etc., from the time immemorial.Haemorrhoid can be compared with the Arsha at Ayurvedic parlance.
Arsha/Haemorrhoid is considered as one of the extremelyuncomfortable, painful and embarrassing problems that affect several people ofthe world annually. Though the condition is not fatal but it is verydisconcerting and may make the person to lose interest in all activity.
Ayurveda, the science of life, is based on thetime-tested observations and medical experiences. It has immense potential toevolve solution of many challenging and unresolved problems of the medicalworld.
ConsideringMandagni as the prime etiopathogenic factor a lot of oral medicationshave been described in ayurvedic classics and present study is plannedto evaluate the efficacy of such medicine without any side effects andcomplications

- •The patients having complaints of I and II-degree hemorrhoids will be taken for the study after screening.
- •External pile mass of small in size.
排除标准
- •Patients below the age of 18 years III & IV-degree internal pile Pregnancy Congenital deformity Carcinoma Tuberculosis Heart disease Rectal prolapsed.
