入选标准
- •1.Children fulfiling ROME 4 Criteria
- •2.Two or Fewer defecations in the toilet per week
- •3.At least one episode of fecal incontinence per week
- •4.History of retentive posturing or excessive volitional stool retention
- •5.History of painful or hard bowel movements
- •6.Presence of large faecal mass in the rectum
- •7.History of large diameter stools which may obstruct the toilet
- •(Must include 2 or more criteria fulfiled once per week for atleast 2 months prior to diagnosis)
排除标准
- •1.Presence of other organic disorders as Hirschsprungs disease
- •2.other systemic illness like T.B,HIV etc.
- •3.Hormonal diseases as Hypothyroidism etc.
