Inclusion Criteria
1.Elderly population above 65 years of age.
2.Mini Mental State examination(Hindi) score between 18-24.
3.Subjects with minimum 8 years of education.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with any neurological disorder other than Mild Cognitive Impairment like stroke, epilepsy, parkinsonâ??s disease, brain tumors etc
2.Subjects with uncorrected visual and hearing impairment.
3.Subjects diagnosed with psychiatric disorders.
4.Subjects who exercise regularly and are physically active.
