Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children and Adolescent of 5–18 years, categorized as overweight and obese, according to the above case definition will be included as study group.
- •Children and Adolescent of 5–18 years, categorized as normal according to the above case definition will be included as control group.
Exclusion Criteria
- •\<5 years and \>18 years age group
- •Children and Adolescent with syndromic obesity including genetic causes, chronic diseases like rheumatological and endocrinal disorders, renal failure, musculoskeletal disease, dysmorphic facies and use of medicines affecting bone such as steroids and anticonvulsant drugs.
- •Refusal to give consent.
