Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients who 1\. 18 years of age 2\. Able to complete Numerical rating scale (NRS) 3\. Patients undergoing spine surgery such as laminectomy, discectomy, spinal fusion or vertebroplasty that received PCA and consulting the acute pain service at Siriraj Hospital

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients who 1\. Do not received PCA in Post Anesthetic Care Unit 2\. remain endotracheal tube post operation 3\. Can not exclude patient from complication by surgery such as spinal cord or nerve root injury 4\. Difficulty of communication or poor literacy of Thai language or delirium
