入选标准
- •All patientsrecommended to undergo prostate biopsy for suspected prostate based on one or more of the following :
- •1.High PSA value(more than 4ng/ml)
- •2.Abnormal DRE findings;
- •3.Hypoechoic areas during examination of the prostate by transrectal or abdominal utrasound;
- •4.Abnormalities identified by MRI of the prostate(such as T2 weighted)
排除标准
- •Patients who are unable to undergo TRUS due to any condition such as :
- •1.Previous proctectomy.
- •2.Anal stenosis or any painful anal conditions.
