Inclusion Criteria
Patients with hip fracture
ASA Grade I -III
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal
2. Allergy to study medication
3. Inguinal pathologies (local Infection, herniation, neoplasm)
4. Coagulopathy
5. Psychological disorders
6. BMI > 35
7. Patients with cardiopulmonary disease, hepatic or renal disorders.
8. Septic arthritis
9. H/o femoral bypass grafting

Name Time Method Sensory involvement of three nerves (FN, LFCN, ON) .Using pin prick method, the involvement of three nerves will be assessed.Timepoint: 20 min
