•1. Patients of both sexes
•2. Age group of 40- 79 years
•3. Primary Knee Osteoarthritis will be included.
•4. Diagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis.
•5. Undiagnosed cases of Knee Osteoarthritis using American College of Rheumatology criteria, supported by X ray as tool for investigation.

•1. Below 40 years and above 79 years of age
•2. Recent Knee surgery within the last 6 months.
•3. Severe degeneration of knee joint with marked joint narrowing varus or valgus deformity of knee, evidence by imaging intervention
•4. Patient on intra- articular injection
•5. Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis
•6. Alcohol and/or drug addiction or dependence.
•7. Non ambulatory patients.
•8. Patients with transplanted knee.
