Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age more than 20 years
- •Diagnosis of avascular necrosis of femoral head (Ficat \& Arlet â?? upto stage III)
- •Pain not relieved with conservative therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Diagnosis other than AVN
- •Uncontrolled diabetes
- •Cushing syndrome
- •Severe osteoporosis
