- •oASA physical status I and II.
- •oAge group: 18-40 years old.
排除标准
- •oPatients with cardiovascular disease (hypertension , congestive heart failure , coronary artery disease , AF).
- •oPatients on beta-blockers.
- •oPatients with baseline heart rate < 60 beats per minute.
- •oPatients with diabetes mellitus (DM).
- •oCerebrovascular insufficiency.
- •oCoagulation defects.
- •oHistory of renal or hepatic insufficiency.
- •oHypersensitivity to the study drugs.
- •oPatients with history of bronchial asthema.
