- •All patients with suspected diagnosis of hypovolemic & septic shock with mechanical ventilator support admitted in ICU.
排除标准
- •1. Patientâ??s legal guardianâ??s refusal to give consent.
- •2. Patients with neurogenic, cardiogenic shock & obstructive shock.
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.Amputation or severe limb ischemia
- •5.Contraindication to transoesophageal echocardiography(TEE): -Esophageal stricture, esophageal perforation, large diaphragmatic hernia, atlantoaxial disease, gastrointestinal bleeding etc
- •7. Contraindication to passive leg raise(PLR) manoeuvre: -Elevated intracranial pressure, tamponade, acute aortic dissection etc.
