Inclusion Criteria
Patients on Oxygen support with either Invasive or Non invasive ventilation.
Exclusion Criteria
1)Patients with abdominal trauma causing damage to the abdominal wall and distortion of the anatomy.
2) Patients with localized fluid collection,hernias ( ventral hernias,Spigelian hernias,incisional hernia,femoral hernia), abdominal wall haematoma,inguinal masses.

Name Time Method The outcome is the specific thickness of the muscles of the respiration which will help in successful weaning: <br/ ><br>Rectus abdominis muscle thickness 0.638cm <br/ ><br>Internal oblique muscle thickness 0.492cm. <br/ ><br>External oblique muscle thickness 0.315cm. <br/ ><br>Transversus abdominis muscle thickness 0.253cm. <br/ ><br>Diaphragmatic excursion 1.79. <br/ ><br>Diaphragmatic thickening fraction 27.5%.Timepoint: 28 days
