Age 40- 60 yrs.
Shoulder ROM restriction (external rotation = 60, abduction =30, internal rotation=50)
Shoulder pain more than 3 months.
Patients with adhesive capsulitis abduction test and external rotation test positive.
Diagnosed by a clinician as Periarthritis of shoulder.
Both male and female.
Subjects who are willing to participate in the study with symptoms of periarthritis of shoulder.
History of trauma or accidental injuries.
Neurological involvement (stroke, Parkinsonism, radiating pain to arm).
History of surgery on particular shoulder.
Intra articular injections to the shoulder joint within 6 months prior to the study.
Traumatic injury to the shoulder joint within 6 months of study
Existence of CNS/PNS Disorder.
Mental disorders.
